All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of Velora drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a drop closes.

EU Statutory Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@velorarelease.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting hello@velorarelease.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Each drop operates within a strict production window and cancellations are not possible after checkout is completed.

Sizing & Fit

We encourage you to review all sizing information carefully before purchasing. Returns or exchanges due to sizing are not accepted outside of EU withdrawal rights.
